Ugo Shares About Health Challenges

I spoke with a delightful French Bulldog today named Ugo (like you-go!) and he really revealed to me the power of mindset. Ugo's owner, Tara, let me know that he was beginning to age, and that he was having some problems in his sinuses which could be as extreme as a tumor, but it hadn't been officially diagnosed.
When I checked in with Ugo I found him to be the life of the party! He is the official Jester of the house and keeps everyone around him happy. After finding out a little more about his favorite things, I checked in with his body to see what might be going on. I felt the pressure and constriction in the sinus/throat area that indicated that there was indeed something going on. When I asked Ugo about it, he told me, "I'm just fine."
No, really. Ugo doesn't think there is anything in the world wrong with him, and the fact that there could be something cancerous in his nose doesn't bother him a bit. As humans we have a habit of getting caught up in the dis-ease and the problem with an animal as they age. The truth is that they know already what is happening, and are just fine, thank you very much. Allowing your animal the freedom to age gracefully while supporting their body in whatever way is comfortable is all any animal would ever ask for. They simply want to share their love and joy for as long as they're permitted to be on this earth with us.
Ugo taught me the power of love and simply being ok with what ever the current situation is, even if it includes aging and the possibility of a tumor.
